My main motivational resource is learning: I feel the need to continually acquire new knowledge and skills. I am curious and constantly seek intellectual stimulation. My second resource is diversity: I look for new experiences and seek to carry out diverse activities.
My interpersonal resources are open-mindedness (without prejudice, tendency to respect different points of view and to be receptive to new ideas) and empathy (ability to perceive and identify in a relatively reliable way the thoughts and feelings of others. other individuals).
